Protect Your Cycle Through the Right Nutrition

Workshop with Julia Haarhuis, MSc PhD (cand.)

Missing periods aren’t just about fertility — they can be a sign of Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (FHA), a fully reversible condition caused by exercise, under-fuelling, and stress. FHA affects 1 in 5 active women, yet it often goes undiagnosed and unsupported.

This science-backed workshop will help you understand what’s really going on, and how to protect your hormonal health through the right nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

What you’ll learn:

  • Why missing periods aren’t “just part of being fit” and how they can impact long-term health
  • How to eat, move, and rest in a way that supports your hormones
  • Simple nutrition and lifestyle strategies you can start using right away
  • Tools to tune into your cycle and safeguard your health
