Course Aim:
To support Activity Providers to feel confident and prepared for inspections by understanding what best practice in activity and engagement looks like. The course helps providers align their work with regulatory inspections, and the NAPA Standards, showcasing the difference they make every day.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Understand what inspectors look for in relation to wellbeing, engagement, and activity provision.
2. Reflect on their own practice and identify ways to evidence meaningful engagement.
3. Use the NAPA Standards and tools to prepare for inspection conversations.
4. Share examples of how their activities support personal choice, inclusion, and quality of life.
5. Confidently present the impact of their role and contribution to the wider care team during inspections.

Certificates of attendance will only be issued to attendees who attend for the whole of the session.This course will be delivered via ZOOM and will include, presentations, discussion and reflection, case studies, videos and demonstrations. Please make sure that you are familiar with using ZOOM.
