About the Film
Drawing from her own experiences with body dysmorphia and gym culture, writer Sarah Hosford brings to life a deeply personal story exploring how social media and fitness culture can both cause and conceal mental health struggles. We want this film to reach as many people as possible — to spark important conversations and offer solidarity to anyone facing similar challenges.
