4 night Activity and Wellness Retreat

Staying in 5* accommodation,to include nutrition workshops, a range of activities including Nordic Walking, Combined walk and canoe, standup paddle boarding as well as gentler activities such as Yoga, Meditation. All activities will be tailored to suit the group
