Yn Noc Gogleddol Llanelli, mae'r Acwathlon Iau hwn yn gyflwyniad delfrydol i gamp Triathlon i blant 8-11 oed, felly beth am ymuno â ni?
Bydd yr Acwathlon yn cynnwys elfen nofio (100m/200m yn dibynnu ar allu) ac elfen rhedeg/cerdded (1 filltir).
Nid oes angen unrhyw brofiad blaenorol (gellir gwneud yr elfen "nofio" mewn dŵr bas ac felly gellir ei cherdded os dymunir).

Taking place at Llanelli North Dock, this Junior Aquathlon is an ideal introduction to the sport of Triathlon for children aged 8-11, so why not join us?
The Aquathlon will include a swim (100m/200m depending on ability) and run/walk (1 mile) element.
No previous experience is required (the "swim" element can be done in shallow water and therefore can be walked if desired).
