Ad Gefrin Distillery Tasting Event

Join us in the backroom at Ernest for an evening of drinks tasting led by Ad Gefrin Distillery, tasting their core range & cocktails made by the Ernest team.

Ad Gefrin is an Anglo-Saxon Museum and Whisky Distillery in Wooler, Northumberland, where ancient heritage and contemporary craftsmanship come together. Inspired by the royal court of the 7th-century Northumbrian kings and queens, Ad Gefrin celebrates the region’s deep-rooted traditions of hospitality, creativity, and cultural exchange.

After more than 200 years, it has reawakened Northumberland’s whisky distilling tradition, producing a collection of spirits that reflect the landscape, people, and stories that make this region extraordinary.
