ADAPT Conference and AGM 2016 Working Together: Multi-Disciplinary Team Wor...
It is with great pleasure and excitement that we can launch this two day conference, exploring multi-disciplinary team work in global health.
During this 2 day conference participants will be introduced to multidisciplinary team work in the global health setting. We will hear from members, other professional and experts in relation to their experience of working in the global health MDT. We will learn from the high, lows, challenges and opportunities presented within these experiences. Participants will also contribute to discussing and debating some key issues in this area and will leave more informed about the future directions of team work in global health.
The conference also includes the ADAPT AGM, for ADAPT members only, and a practical session on wheelchair provision in low resourced environments, including a presentation outlining some of the key issues faced by wheel chair providers. Places are limited on both days, and early registration is essential to avoid disappointment.
We are also proud to annouce we have our first poster competition! Please see details here.
