About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Join us for our webinar as we discuss adapting to life with MS and ways you can navigate the challenges to embracing your diagnosis.

We understand that an MS diagnosis can be overwhelming and a stressful time. Whether your newly diagnosed or a bit further down the road with your MS, things can feel like they are constantly changing and you are learning something new about you and your MS.

This webinar will discuss the emotional impact it can have on you and will explore adapting to life with MS, what that looks like and ways you can own your story.

We’ll be joined by a Psychologist who’ll guide us through the chat with an open discussion and will share some practical strategies to manage.

In this webinar, we’ll cover:

  • Understanding your MS
  • What does adapting look like to you?
  • Strategies to manage adjusting to life with MS.

Our webinars offer a safe, fact-based space that you can attend anonymously. These events are for anyone affected by MS; whether you are living with MS, a friend, family member, carer, or colleague of someone living with MS or a healthcare professional. Our webinars are recorded and we send a copy out to all those who register.
