Free Wellbeing Webinar for Businesses, Managers and Employees (including self-employed workers)

About this Event

This webinar is delivered by our ‘In Work Support’ (IWS) Service and forms part of a wider programme of wellbeing support for (employed and self-employed) individuals and small-to- medium-sized businesses across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.

During the Covid-19 crisis, we are delivering a series of free webinars, offering specific guidance to employers on how to support staff in these most challenging of times and tips and tools for employees on looking after their mental and physical wellbeing.

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, many of us are facing unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety. It is vital therefore, that both individuals and employers take proactive steps to manage these challenges and remain resilient.

In this webinar we explore:

• the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ model and how it can be incorporated into everyday life

• the importance of regular self-care activities, and

• the concept of ‘resilience’ and practical ways it can be promoted.
