About this event

Forward-thinking leaders aren’t predicting the future—they’re building cultures

ready to adapt to whatever comes next.

While others fixate on threats and disruption, they’re asking a fundamentally different

question: How can we build cultures that don’t just react to change, but view it as an opportunity to evolve?

At Dragonfish, we believe adaptation is more than a process—it’s a leadership mindset.

An openness to the new. A willingness to let go of the status quo and embrace different

ideas and approaches. Scale this up, and performance is lifted long-term, creating positive ripple effects that benefit our people, customers, brands, organisations, and the markets, communities, and systems we’re part of.

We’re celebrating 10 years of Dragonfish with something special – an exploration of

adaptive cultures and what it takes to lead vital transformation in today’s landscape.

Getting ready to lead your organisation’s next evolution - join us!

What to Expect:

This informal, interactive gathering brings impact-focused changemakers together to

explore the new frontiers of transformation in the world of work.

Through dynamic panels, thought-provoking debates, and collaborative breakout

sessions, we’ll dive deep into adaptive culture and leadership before hearing how future positive brands and organisations are rising to challenges such as human-AI

collaboration (“augmented culture”) and the transition to more sustainable and

regenerative business models.

In keeping with the topic, this is not a talking shop – it’s an event specially designed to

support you with your own transformation. The day will stimulate and equip you with

usable tools, models and approaches you can take back and apply.

Working together, we’ll answer questions that matter, including:

  • Adaptive Leadership: What kind of culture do we need for the future, and what

do we need to change? What are the hallmarks of our adaptive culture, why do

they matter, and what will it take to lead them? What role can our purpose play,

and how do we make purpose transformative, not performative?

  • New Ways of Working: How can an adaptive mindset help us reimagine the way

work gets done in our organisation? How can we turn challenges like hybrid

culture, purpose-driven engagement, and human-AI collaboration into

opportunities (e.g., improved customer or people experience, better

performance, innovation etc.)?

  • Regenerative Business Models: What can we learn from brands and

organisations transitioning from traditional to more sustainable, and even

regenerative business models? What does a “regenerative” future look like for our

organisation? Where are we on the journey, and what’s the opportunity to

improve? What role will the right culture play in our long-term success?

Why Attend?

This is an opportunity to take time out of the day-to-day, reflect and think deeply about

your own organisation’s culture strategy.
