This is the first workshop of The Adaptive Leadership in Action- Leading Through Complexity Short Course, delivered by Harlaxton College in partnership with South Kesteven District Council and funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
The workshop is available to residents and social economy organisations based in South Kesteven, or social economy organisations based outside the district and operating in the district for the benefit of the community of South Kesteven District.
Join us for a learning experience focused on developing Adaptive Leadership skills within social economy organisations in the beautiful setting of Harlaxton Manor. Learn how to lead your teams through the challenges of today's complex world and emerge as a strong and effective leader.
