Adding Purpose to Your Career Through Extracurricular Activities
Overview
This session will explore how meaningful involvement beyond the workplace can enrich your professional journey and personal fulfilment. We plan for our panel of alumni to share their experiences in a variety of impactful volunteering roles, serving on boards and councils, mentoring others, and giving back to the LSE community. Directly after the panel, there will be drinks and nibbles for the guests to network.
This is an in-person event which will be held on the LSE campus at the Alumni Centre. Drinks and nibbles will be provided.
This event was previously postponed due to the tube strikes, the orginial date was Wednesday 10th September, the new date is Tuesday 11th November.
DOM events are safe and inclusive spaces which provide opportunities for learning and support. All attendees (students, staff, alumni and guests) are expected to abide by the LSE Ethics Code and treat each other with respect. If any attendees are concerned about an individual’s behaviour, we encourage you to report this to a member of staff immediately or report through Report It, Stop It.
