Lizzie McCaig is a naval architect with over 15 years experience in the field of ship structures. She has spent her career at Lloyd's Register in a variety of roles and is currently Team Lead for Rule Development in LR's Technical Directorate where she carries out research. Aside from being responsible for maintaining and updating LR's structural rules, Lizzie also has an interest in how novel and/or non-traditional materials can be used for ship structures.
