By Voice4Change England
Online event

Overview

The session will focus on action, offering suggestions and practical steps for what we can do to tackle the race inequalities.

This session will explore:

  • understanding how structural inequalities are produced and sustained
  • the relationship between policy, power, and lived experience
  • systems change theory and practical application for VCSE organisations
  • root causes vs symptoms: identifying leverage points, how organisational policies and data (e.g., race equity, pay gaps) support systems change,
  • using advocacy
  • lived experience and partnerships to influence systems
  • real-world examples of systems change to inspire and empower small organisations

Please register by 5pm on Monday 21st September.
