Addressing waste reduction in the Scottish seafood industry

Join us for an informative morning and lunch with expert speakers and panellists, to share perspectives addressing seafood waste in Scotland. This event is the final conference of the “LOWINFOOD” project, and we look forward to sharing and discussing the findings of the project.

This event will bring together experts and professionals in the seafood industry to discuss and identify solutions to reduce waste in the Scottish seafood sector. Insights from research about barriers, opportunities, and innovations to creating additional value in the fish supply chain will be shared.
