ADHD and Me: Online!

Youth Fed invites young people aged 18-25 with ADHD or are supporting someone with ADHD to join our three-week online learning programme. We will run two hour-long weekly sessions that combine interactive education with enjoyable group activities.

Through short, engaging activities, you'll gain a deeper understanding of ADHD in a fun and supportive environment.

So, join us for a fun and informative online gathering where we'll discuss strategies, share stories, and connect with others who understand what it's like to live with ADHD. Whether you have ADHD yourself or care for someone who does, this event is for you.

Session 1: Wed 17th Sept, 5-7pm

Session 2: Wed 24th September, 5-7pm

Session 3: Wed 8th Oct, 5-7pm
