ADHD and Women getting a diagnosis Better Late Than Never
Event Information
About this Event
Please join us to meet Emma Mahony who will talk about her new book, Better Late Than Never. Emma was diagnosed in her 50s after first coming to ADDISS for support for her son. She will also answer questions and we can have some lively discussions.
Emma is the author of three books. Prior to her ADHD diagnosis, Emma worked as a journalist for The Times and freelanced for the Financial Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph and The Independent. Since her diagnosis she requalified as a secondary school teacher and now teaches Spanish and French. You can join us and watch Emma read an extract from her latest book, Better Late Than Never. You will be able to interact with her and ask question or just share your stories.
We will be using zoom. You will need a computer, camera and microphone set up to particiapte. When you book you will receive a link to the meeting. This is not a webinar. It is a meeting so we can see and hear you and you can see and hear us.
