Join us for our Open Space - ADHD & Exercise!

This online event will be all about providing the ADHD babes community with information on all things ADHD and exercise - covering real-life strategies, science-backed tips, and your burning questions. You can join live, bring your questions with you, or submit them in advance so we make sure to cover what matters most to you.

Sessions host

This session will be facilitated by Viv (ADHD Babes Founder) and Sonia Ponzo (Psychologist, researcher, and founder of Outset Wellness)

About Sonia

Sonia - (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sonia-ponzo/) specialises in ADHD, interoception, and the body-brain connection, with 10+ years of experience in digital health. She has published over 30 peer-reviewed papers and previously served as Director of Science at Flo Health, one of the world’s largest platforms for women’s health and VP of Science at Healios, an ADHD and autism assessment provider. She built Outset, a support tool for people struggling to stay consistent with movement, after seeing firsthand how ADHD and executive dysfunction can make follow-through feel impossible, even when the intention is there.
