Join us for our Open Space - AUDHD!

Many of us are late diagnosed with ADHD, meaning we go through a journey of understanding ourselves through a new lens later on in life. This can be even more complex when we also learn we have/may have Autism.

Join us for an open space discussion about our experiences living with and learning about our identity with both ADHD & Autism.

Sessions host

This session will be facilitated by Viv (ADHD Babes Founder) & Jay Reid (Neurodivergent Therapist)

Please read our Safety Policy and Community Guidelines before attending this event.

Who we are

ADHD Babes is a collective of Black women and non-binary people. We create safer spaces for us to flourish and live our lives to their greatest potential. We aim to empower people with community, tools, learning and healing spaces to redefine ADHD, tackle its difficulties and utilise its strengths.

All neurodivergent Black women and Black non-binary people are welcome at our events.

About Viv

Vivienne Isebor is an award-winning creative social entrepreneur and womanist, blending community activism, advocacy, psychology, and the arts to drive social change. She is the founder of ADHD Babes, the UK’s only community organisation dedicated to supporting Black women and non-binary people with ADHD, and a qualified Clinical Associate in Psychology from UCL.

About Jay

Jacqueline “Jay” Reid (she/her) is a Black neurodivergent therapist, ADHD/Autism coach, educator, and writer. Recently diagnosed with both ADHD and autism, Jay is passionate about creating affirming spaces where Black women and non-binary people can show up fully and be supported. With a background in law, social work, and trauma recovery, she brings both lived experience and professional insight to their work. Jay believes healing happens best in community, with honesty, humour, and compassion.
