About Jay Reid
Hi, I'm Jacqueline “Jay” Reid — a therapist, ADHD and executive functioning specialist, writer, and lifelong learner.
I’m a late-diagnosed neurodivergent (ADHD + autistic) Black woman with lived experience of trauma recovery, which deeply shapes the way I show up for my clients. I'm passionate about supporting adults—especially those who are marginalised, misunderstood, or under-resourced—as they navigate healing, identity, and the everyday demands of life.
I’m now licensed to provide therapy in Tennessee and Texas, and I’m actively accepting new clients for individual therapy and group executive-function coaching.
