ADHD Babes Open Space - Winter Festival of Light!
Overview
Come join us for our Open Space Winter Festival of Light!
This online event will be a cozy gathering where we’ll talk about getting through the colder darker days and practice some grounding together.
Everyone who signs up will receive a little gift package with some items to engage and soothe your physical senses - we’ll go through these during the session.
We will also share some grounding exercises, and discuss ways that we stay well during the cold and dark.
Sessions host
This session will be facilitated by Oluwatosin Daniju (ADHD Babes Creativity & Wellness Programme Manager) and LiLi K. Bright (ADHD Babe Support Group, Nature Walks & Body Doubling Facilitator).
Oluwatosin Daniju
Oluwatosin Daniju (she/her) is a multilingual, neuroexpansive, diasporic Nigerian Muslim who works across photography, community organising and community therapy. A qualified psychotherapist and an artist, she uses photography and moving image to explore ideas around identity, home, loss and belonging from a person-centred therapeutic viewpoint.
Oluwatosin has a penchant for hanging out in libraries, bringing disparate groups of people together and singing, in choirs and alone. She currently works with ADHD Babes, GEM Collective, United Families & Friends Campaign, and has a photography practice that lives at OluwatosinDaniju.com.
Oluwatosin can usually be found at home, singing to her cat or playing Ludo with her niblings.
LiLi K. Bright

They facilitate queer nature writing workshops & walks, nonviolent communication training, black neurodivergent community support, climate future dreaming, and coaching.
