Join us for a workshop exploring self-esteem with a therapist, Ntombiza.
Ntombiza Sibisi is a psychological therapist working in the NHS with a background as a Wellbeing Coach.
With over 6 years of experience supporting people with mental health problems, Ntombiza is passionate about empowering women to optimise their wellbeing and self-esteem, and to develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
Aims of the session
This is a self-help and psycho-educational workshop for dealing with improving self-esteem. We are focusing on developing a better understanding of our difficulties and learning practical tools to make positive changes.
Using CBT-based techniques, we will look at the impact of low self-esteem, understanding how we get stuck in a vicious cycle and how to start making changes to overcome it.
Session Aim
- Develop a better understanding of what low self-esteem is and what maintains it.
- How different factors impact our self-esteem.
- Learn some practical tools to break the cycle.
