About this event
Are you exhausted from pushing through, only to find yourself collapsing later?
Do you keep wondering why rest never feels like enough?
What if ADHD burnout isn’t just about doing too much, but instead about your nervous system and sensory world being overloaded in ways that aren’t visible from the outside?
Join ADHD and Autistic Coach Kaye Heyes for this groundbreaking workshop where the science of sensory processing meets the lived experience of ADHD burnout. Discover why traditional "self-care" isn’t enough, and how tuning into your sensory profile can change everything.
What You’ll Discover: The Sensory Lens on Burnout
- Why burnout looks different in ADHD → the role of sensory overload, rejection sensitivity, and attention regulation.
- Your sensory profile → uncover what soothes you, what triggers you, and why it shifts with your state of regulation.
- The burnout cycle → how ignoring sensory signals keeps us stuck, and how awareness can break the loop.
- Tools for nervous system balance → practical sensory anchors and soothers you can use in real time.
This Masterclass is Perfect For:
- ADHD/AuDHD adults who feel caught in endless cycles of stress → crash → guilt → repeat.
- Professionals and entrepreneurs struggling to sustain energy without burnout.
- Anyone curious about why sensory processing is the missing piece in ADHD support.
Why This Matters Now
Research shows that ADHD is strongly linked with differences in sensory processing and nervous system regulation. Ignoring these differences leaves us vulnerable to repeated burnout. Understanding them gives us a way to build resilience from the inside out.
Your Facilitator

The WayPower Difference
Most burnout advice focuses on working less or resting more. But if your nervous system is overwhelmed, rest won’t reach you.
The WayPower approach asks: What would it feel like to finally trust your sensory system as your guide?
This session gives you a glimpse into that possibility, and a path forward.
Are you ready to reimagine burnout through a sensory lens?
