W hat can you expect?
This is an informal, monthly meetup to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments, or even just have a cup of coffee and a natter.
We'd love to take photos on the day of the group chatting (no close-ups, we promise). If you don't want to be included in any of the group shots, please let Hannah or Jess know on the day.
W hat time will the event be running?
W e will be there from 1pm until around 2:30pm.
T here's no pressure to arrive at 1pm or stay until the very end - feel free to come and go as you please.
D o you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?
N o, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.
W here should I go when I arrive?
We’ll be on the ground floor of Arts Bar on Hope Street, behind the bar near the stage area.
H ow much will the event cost?
The event is £2 per person. Please buy a ticket before you arrive. This will cover future event costs and any surplus will enable us to host more events in the future!
Please note that this venue is dog-friendly. If you would like to bring your dog, please be aware of attendees that you're sat with and just double check that they're OK with dogs.
