✂️ ADHD Crafting Club – Online Body Doubling for Creativity

Do you struggle to get started on creative projects—or have piles of unfinished ones? You’re not alone.

This online ADHD Crafting Club is a safe, supportive space to bring whatever you’re working on—knitting, painting, sewing, collage, scrapbooking, or even just mending a button. The focus isn’t on what you make, but on making time to create together.

How it works

Small group, so it feels cosy and welcoming

Two hours together on Zoom

Gentle structure with focus blocks, stretch breaks, and check-ins

Body doubling (working alongside others) to help with motivation and focus

No pressure to finish—just come as you are

Who it’s for

Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified)

Anyone who finds accountability and community helpful

Crafters of all levels—no need to be “good” at it!

What you’ll need

Your chosen craft project (big or small)

A comfy space to join from

Optional: your favourite drink or snack to keep you company

What you’ll get

Two hours of focused creative time

Connection with like-minded people who get it

A gentle boost of motivation (and hopefully some progress on your project!)

🧶 Come for the company, stay for the creativity. Just showing up is a win.
