ADHD Creative Unmasking
A monthly creative session designed to use creativity to unmask and empower. Together we’ll explore self-expression, connection, and new ways to celebrate our neurodivergent strengths.
The first Thursday of every month
10:30am – 12:30pm (doors open at 10am)
All neurodivergent adults (18+) welcome!
Come as you are, bring your creativity, and enjoy an immersive space for growth, empowerment, and authentic self-discovery.
We regularly take photographs at our events to support us explaining what we do, and keep our funders informed. If for any reason you would prefer not to have your image included, please discuss this on arrival with the event leader.
The Hub is located upstairs in The Glades next to HMV and Waterstones.
