ADHD FOUNDER CONNECT - Linked-In with Rachel Barbour
Overview
ADHD FOUNDERS CONNECT
ADHD Connect is the UK’s only in-person business growth membership designed exclusively for driven ADHD business owners who don’t fit the mould.
Each month, we dive into a new topic designed to give you practical strategies, a supportive community, and the tools you need to build and grow a thriving ADHD-led business.
About this Workshop:
3 Overwhelm-Free Ways to Sign More Clients with LinkedIn
with Rachel Barbour
Whether you love LinkedIn or you’ve been avoiding it like an overflowing inbox, this workshop will give you a simple, strategic system to attract new clients on LinkedIn without burning out or pretending to be someone you’re not.
This session is specifically designed for founders with ADHD who want to grow their business but struggle with:
- Fear of putting themselves out there online
- Overthinking and perfectionism (hello, RSD)
- Consistency and follow-through
- Knowing what to post or how LinkedIn even works anymore
Afterward the workshop, please feel free to join us for lunch co-working from 12.30-5pm.
What we will cover:
In this 2 hour workshop, you’ll learn:
A simple and ADHD-friendly LinkedIn strategy that actually wins clients
How to show up consistently on LinkedIn even when motivation is low
How to build strategic visibility when fear of judgement is real
How to post consistently without overthinking every word
What to say in the DMs without feeling cringe or salesy
We’ll get practical by breaking it down into 3 core pillars of LinkedIn success:
- Profile: Turn lurkers into warm leads with a profile that builds instant trust.
- Content: Share your stories knowledge and offers consistently, without the need for perfection
 3. Conversations: Open opportunities in the DMs with ease (zero spam, zero scripts that make you feel gross)
