Please arrive for 9:30am.....we kick off with coffee, pastries, fruit and a chance to meet everyone before we dive in at 10:00am.

Is there parking available?

Yes – parking is free! You can park anywhere in the Q11 car park. Don’t worry about the signs that say permits are needed, you're covered for this event.

What’s included in the day?

09:30–10:00: Networking with coffee, fruit & pastries,

10:00–12:30: ADHD-friendly business workshop,

12:30–13:00: Action setting time,

13:00–14:00: Lunch (grab food nearby!),

14:00–14:45: ADHD Business Clinic (mini hot seats!),

14:45 onwards: Optional co-working.

What is the ADHD Business Clinic?

A chance to bring your challenges to the group and get peer-supported, ADHD-aware solutions in a safe, understanding space.

Is lunch provided?

Lunch isn’t included, but Quorum Park has some fab nearby options: Eat@Quorum, Circo Italian Kitchen, Umai Mi Bento and Greggs. You’re also welcome to bring your own lunch and eat in the networking area.

Can I stay to co-work?

Yes! After the main session, the co-working space will be open. Stick around if you want to get stuff done in a relaxed, ADHD-friendly space.

What should I bring?

No need to prep - just bring yourself (and maybe a notebook if you’re a scribbler). This is a low-pressure, zero-judgment day.
