ADHD manifests uniquely in women in a variety of ways. In this illuminating workshop, we will explore the pivotal role of hormones, with a focus on Oestrogen and Progesterone, and the effects they have through puberty, pregnancy, and menopause.
Join Oxford University’s Dr Anneka Tomlinson for a workshop that goes beyond the surface, offering practical insights to harmonise your journey with ADHD and hormones.
Workshop Highlights

Testimonials from our guests
⭐ As someone who was recently diagnosed with ADHD I’ve attended several talks, particularly around women with ADHD. The speakers are brimming with knowledge - not just experts but leading researchers in their field. Seed Talks finds the best of the best, who not only make the sessions informative but super fun too, which is clear in how engaged everyone is in both the in-person and online talks - no small task for 100+ ADHD sufferers! And all for a fraction of the price of a coach! - Liv H.
