Come along for a relaxed evening where we share stories, swap ideas, and explore how ADHD can shape our working lives, in both its challenges and strengths.
Together we’ll focus on awareness, sharing and signposting. Raising understanding of ADHD, celebrating strengths and pointing each other towards useful resources and support. We’ll share experiences, celebrate strengths, and explore how ADHD shows up in working life, from challenges like masking or RSD to the creativity, energy and ideas it can bring.
Expect lighthearted networking, useful resources, and a safe, supportive space to talk openly about ADHD.

This is event is brought to you by Sarah Pascaru and Nick Silverstone from Creative Minds Alliance.
Sarah runs Social Jooce, a social media consultancy and works as a social media stratgeist and trainer. She holds a Diploma in Strategic Social Media Marketing and an MBA, and was trained by one of the world’s leading Facebook advertising experts. Sarah brings hands-on expertise to help businesses and in-house marketers grow their presence and achieve real results through strategic organic and paid social media marketing. After receiving a late ADHD diagnosis in her early 40s, Sarah has been learning how to run a business in a way that supports both her neurodivergent brain and her wellbeing.
Nick Silverstone is The Fractional MD and Senior Leaders ADHD Coach. With 30+ years as a serial entrepreneur and MD across many industries including property, recruitment, SaaS and IT, Healthcare and Marketing. Nick, who had a late diagnosis for ADHD and dyslexia, which were life changing, specialises in working with founders, senior leaders and leadership teams to explore their neurodiversity and help them grow their businesses through people centric, values lead positive change.
