Creative Minds Alliance: ADHD Networking in St Albans

Come along for a relaxed evening where we share stories, swap ideas, and explore how ADHD can shape our working lives, in both its challenges and strengths.

Together we’ll focus on awareness, sharing and signposting. Raising understanding of ADHD, celebrating strengths and pointing each other towards useful resources and support. We’ll share experiences, celebrate strengths, and explore how ADHD shows up in working life, from challenges like masking or RSD to the creativity, energy and ideas it can bring.

Expect lighthearted networking, useful resources, and a safe, supportive space to talk openly about ADHD.

Come as you are and leave with fresh insights, new connections, and the reassurance of feeling supported and not alone.
