Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, known as RSD, is an intense emotional response triggered by the perception of rejection, criticism or failure. Join this workshop to understand how RSD manifests for those with ADHD, and how to put safety measures in place to work on regulating your emotions. From identifying triggers, coping strategies and boundary setting, we aim to provide a space to heal and overcome RSD.

Workshop highlights:

  • Understand what rejection sensitive dysphoria is and how it relates to ADHD
  • Discover the different types of RSD and the links between our environment and RSD
  • Develop practical strategies for managing RSD in your everyday life
  • Meet other individuals struggling with RSD in a supportive environment
