ADHD & Rejection Sensitivity - an interactive workshop
Overview
Do you feel extreme emotional sensitivity and pain triggered by perceived or actual rejection, criticism, or failure?
Research and clinical experience suggest that people with ADHD have neurobiological differences in emotion regulation, attention, and executive function, which can amplify sensitivity to rejection.
This workshop is designed to be a safe space to learn, reflect, and share knowledge, ideas, and experiences related to ADHD & RSD.
What you'll learn:
- What RSD is and how it is linked to ADHD
- How it can impact relationships, work, self-esteem and mental health
- How to reduce the frequency and intensity of RSD by creating safety
What to expect:
- Clear explanations
- Relatable examples
- Journal prompts for self-reflection
- Tools you can use immediately
- A supportive and inclusive space
- A small group with a maximum of 8 participants
- Delivery via Zoom
This workshop is:
- ADHD friendly
- Neurodiversity affirming

Movement and participation are welcome.
You don’t need to fix yourself; you need to understand your brain & nervous system
