ADHD Support Group Bedford: Connect, share experiences, and learn strategies in a friendly space. Free entry. Book your spot today!

Join us for our monthly Bedford ADHD Support Group — a welcoming, understanding space for adults with ADHD and those who suspect they may have it. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed or have known about your ADHD for years, this group offers connection, shared experiences, and practical support.

We meet on the 3rd Monday of each month, and each session includes open discussions, peer support, and occasional guest speakers who bring valuable insights into living well with ADHD.

You’ll have the chance to:

  • Connect with others who truly “get it”
  • Share strategies, challenges, and small wins
  • Gain confidence in managing daily life
  • Access helpful resources and ongoing encouragement

Everyone is welcome — adults with ADHD, those exploring a diagnosis, and supportive family members or friends.
