Join us for our next U.S timezone friendly Online Support Group.
Time: 6:00-8:00 PM ET
We explore as a group how ADHD intersects with our lives through racism, sexism, sexuality, wellness, medication, relationships, work, education, emotional regulation and anything else that's on our mind and hearts <3
Expectations
The number of attendees at each support group session is capped at 25 people, and we usually have 10 - 20 attendees. In the opening minutes of the meeting, the host will play music to help people settle into the space. The host will then invite attendees to briefly introduce themselves (we ask that you turn your camera on when you introduce yourself in order to protect the integrity of the group), which the host will follow with announcements and group discussion.
Agenda
- Introduction
- Topic Discussion (information and conversation about a specific ADHD-related topic)
- Break
- Group Discussion (unstructured opportunity for attendees to ask questions and seek out resources)
- Check-Out
Due to the nature of ADHD, we sometimes start and end the sessions 5 - 15 minutes later than scheduled. We ask for grace should this happen, and we encourage you to feel comfortable leaving anytime you need to!
Please read our Staying Safe Policy and Community Guidelines below before attending this event.
