Struggling with weight loss while managing ADHD? You’re not alone. Impulsivity, cravings, lack of structure, emotional dysregulation, and food sensitivities can make sustainable weight management feel impossible. But with the right strategies, it is achievable.
Join BANT-Registered nutritionist Lisa Smith as she explores the complex relationship between ADHD, appetite, and metabolism. This insightful workshop will break down how hormones and neurotransmitters—like dopamine—affect food choices, cravings, and body fat distribution.
Workshop highlights:
- Explore how dopamine impacts motivation, cravings, and emotional eating
- Discover why chocolate, caffeine, salt, and processed foods feel extra rewarding for ADHD brains
- Understand the link between dopamine, overeating, binge eating, and obesity risks
- Develop tools to stabilise dopamine levels, manage cravings, and make intentional food choices
