1 2 3 Magic is now being used by over 500 parenting practitioners across the UK and fast becoming the preferred intervention for parents and teacher to manage the behaviours of ADHD in school and home. It is also effective for ASD and challenging behaviours associated to many other learning difficulties. The simplicity of the programme lies in three principles that provide ease and clarity. The little adult assumption, No talk no emotion and sorting behaviours. The programme can be delivered in three to five group sessions or on a one to one in the home. Both parents and teachers get very quick results. Andrea Bilbow the leading licenced practitioner will give an overview of this programme sharing the key elements that make it so effective.
12.00 WHAAM a Web Health Application for Monitoring ADHD behaviour in school and home.
This tool has been developed by a consortium which includes ADDISS in partnership with four Universities in Portugal, Greece, Italy and Ireland funded byt he EU Lifelong Learning Programme. This is a free resource for schools, parents and healthcare professionals.
