Bonnie Low-Kramen is a TEDx speaker, author, and a former celebrity assistant to Oscar winner Olympia Dukakis. She is a workplace expert who has walked in the shoes of the staff and has written about it in her books Be the Ultimate Assistant and Staff Matters. Bonnie has trained assistants in 13 countries and at the Wharton School, British Parliament, Four Seasons Maui, Starbucks, and Amazon. Her writing has appeared in Harvard Business Review, and her work was profiled in Forbes. She is on the Editorial Board and is a contributing writer for Executive Support Magazine.
Bonnie is known for her passionate commitment to transform the workplace for the humans of all colors and genders who populate it, especially women. In order to build an ultimate workplace for our children, she works to end discrimination, close the wage gap, and to break the cycle of workplace bullying.
Bonnie is a Rutgers University graduate, grew up in New Jersey, and lives in Ponte Vedra, FL.
