Admiral Launchpad is an innovative 8-week business accelerator programme designed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs at the earliest stage of their journey! 💪
With a bold mission to even the odds of entrepreneurship, this dynamic programme is open to everyone over 18 and supports individuals from underrepresented backgrounds - including those with neurodiversity, disabilities, and gender-based barriers, to transform their business ideas into sustainable ventures.
You don’t need a polished business idea to join. This course is about exploring your options, discovering your strengths, and gaining clarity on your next steps. We’ll be with you every step of the way, offering expert advice, practical tools, and a supportive environment that understands the highs and lows of the entrepreneurial journey.
Through a combination of 13 structured workshops, weekly 1-1 mentoring, and blended learning options (in-person or online), you will gain the tools, confidence, and connections to launch your businesses. Plus, benefit from expert-led sessions by Admiral colleagues, giving you the latest business insights and inspiration!🖊️📖
Beyond the programme, you will benefit from ongoing community support through dedicated WhatsApp and Facebook groups, as well as funded access to the ICE community for three months - helping you stay connected, inspired, and resourced as you take your next steps.

This 5-9 Club will be taking place at Ty Admiral in Cardiff. Each session will start at 5pm and finish by 9pm. Refreshments will be provided!
