Do I need to book a ticket to attend the Pop Up?

Absolutely not, you can drop in anytime during our opening hour (10.00-18.00) during the Pop Up (27-29 September) but by registering for one of our free general admission tickets you can let us know you're planning to head down!

Do I need to book in advance for the Adopt-a-Bear experience?

We will be accepting walk-ins for our Adopt-a-Bear experience; however, we highly recommend securing your slot at the time of your choice. The ticket price to secure your slot (£5) is fully refundable against the cost of the experience on the day (£30).

What will you be selling at the Pop Up?

In addition to our Adopt-a-Bear shop, you will be able to browse from our range of secondhand kids clothes, shoes and gifts in sizes newborn to 8 years at the Pop Up.
