This workshop is a great way for kids to get started with a creative and mindful hobby, crocheting!
Each ticket reserves a space for an adult and child to come together to learn to crochet, with the option of adding a space for a second child to accompany you (with maximum of 2 children per adult). Together you will learn how to crochet, and support each other to master the craft once you take it home.
In this class, you will be taught how to crochet a beautiful Christmas star, ready to hang on the tree. This is a great beginners project that uses just 2 stitches, in a repetitive pattern. The skills we cover are great for working on future crochet projects together!
You'll make some beautiful decorations, but you'll also be making memories at Christmas.
All materials and tools will be provided at this workshop, and each participant will get their hook and yarn to take home.
This workshop will take pace in The Music Room at Out of the Blue Drill Hall. Suitable for children aged 8+
