We can help with:
- Supporting nervous cyclists.
- Building confidence for those returning to cycling after some time.
- General cycling skills, such as road positioning and managing junctions.
- Finding the best routes to cycle to work or places you visit regularly.
We can also lend you a bike and helmet for free!

Frequently asked questions
Our friendly instructors are qualified to teach people to the National Standard for Cycling, as defined by the Department of Transport. All our instructors are DBS checked, fully insured, hold a First Aid qualification and have extensive knowledge of cycling in your local area.
If you're not borrowing a bike from us, you'll need a roadworthy bike and suitable clothing for the weather that day. On cold days gloves are recommended. On warmer days, bring water, sunglasses and a visor or hat.
Wearing a helmet is not a legal requirement in the UK so we advise you to do whatever makes you feel comfortable. You're welcome to borrow a helmet from us if you'd like to.
Make us aware of any health or access needs you have when booking. We’ll only share information with your activity leader if necessary for your well-being or safety. Always bring any medication you need with you and make us aware of this (and any relevant health issues) at the start of the activity.
