Event description
Whether you want to return to education or take your qualifications higher, we’ve got a course for you.

About this Event

What to expect

  • Private one-on-one chats with our subject tutors and student support teams
  • Find out more about our free online distance learning courses and how to sign up
  • View video tours of our facilities
  • Gain help with your application.

If you're aged 19 or above join us online to gain all the best advice and information about the college and our courses. We offer a great range of programmes ranging from Entry-Level through to Level 3, both full and part-time.

During the event you will be able to chat one-on-one about:

  • GCSEs
  • Community courses (leisure and hobby)
  • Access to University courses
  • Higher education courses
  • Full-time vocational courses
  • Part-time hair and beauty and childcare courses
  • Professional courses including AAT, CIPD, CIPS and teaching and the assessor’s award
  • Student support teams including finance and additional learning support.

So how does a virtual open evening work?

Essentially, we want you to be able to get all of the same information and experiences that you would normally have at one of our on-site open evenings, here's how:

  • Start by browsing our adult courses online and check out the different course types you are interested in.
  • If you're dead set on an Access to University course then you can chat one-on-one with a tutor from this area. If you're still not sure, or if you have more than one idea in mind, don’t worry! You can chat to tutors from as many course types as you like for the duration of the event.
  • You will also have the opportunity to explore our facilities by taking a look at our campus video tours.
  • If you need any other advice or support with things like funding, childcare, travel, or even just want to know how to apply, our student support teams will be available to help.
