Delivered by our in own UNISON WULF expert tutor Richard Speight, this bitesize workshop will help you:

• To recognise the different types and forms that communication may take and consider reasons for using them.

• To explore ways in which our audience effects how we communicate and what we say

• Understand how language tools can be applied successfully depending on the reason for communication.
