Adult Recruitment Workshop (Horsham)
Monday, 2 February 2015 from 19:15 to 21:30 (GMT)
Adult Recruitment Workshop
For many Groups, the real challenge is not recruiting young people, but rather finding the many adults needed to run the Group. This workshop will help you rethink your approach to recruiting adults, who to approach, how to make that approach and what you might get them to do.
It’s a practical couple of hours, exploring some tried and tested methods.
Open to all leaders, managers and executive members keen to see their Group grow.
Essential for anyone helping with the Swan Walk Scout Awareness weekend (21/22 March).
Dress code: This is an informal workshop so uniform is not needed. We would suggest smart casual clothing.
Bring: A note pad and pen.
Refreshments: Tea and coffee will be available on arrival
Attendance counts towards ongoing learning
