The Staffordshire and Stoke on Board Adult Safeguarding Partnership Board is holding a free adult safeguarding awareness event for those who work with, support or may come into contact with adults with needs for care and support in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.

The event will cover;

What is Adult Safeguarding (with reference to Ch 14, Care Act 2014 Guidance)

Types of abuse
How to report a concern
Question & Answer session

The event will be facilitated by the SSASPB and presented by Liz Osburn, Lead Practitioner, MCA, DoLS & Safeguarding L&D

The event will be held through Microsoft Teams and an invitation will be sent to attendees 48 hours before the event. We would be grateful if you would mark the date and time in your diary in the meantime to ensure that you are able to attend on the day.
