Description

Bookbinding workshop

Join artist Hannah Fray to learn about basic bookbinding processes and create your own concertina book to take away. You will also be able to fill your book with you own collection of drawings inspired by our Life in West Africa gallery. As part of the session you can find out more about our objects and collections as well as the Arts Council Collection National Partners Programme. This session is part of the events programme for Lubaina Himid: Meticulous Observations and Naming the Money, which is on display at the Walker Art Gallery until 18 March.

This workshop is suitable for adults age 16+.

This workshop will take place in the Anthony Walker Education Centre at the International Slavery Museum, located on the 3rd floor of the Merseyside Maritime Museum on Albert Dock. Please contact ACCSessions@liverpoolmuseums.org.uk for any enquiries about this session.
