ADULT-ONLY NATURE CONNECTION SESSIONS AT WATERCRESS FARM

New for January 2025! For the first time, we’re offering our Nature Connection Sessions for Adults at Watercress Farm! After three incredible years of running this program for school children and young people, we’re thrilled to open the experience to adults who want to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with the natural world.

In today’s fast-paced, always-on culture, taking time to pause is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity. Studies show that spending time in nature can:

• Lower cortisol levels, reducing stress and helping your body truly relax.
• Improve focus, creativity, and overall mental clarity.
• Restore balance, calm, and connection to yourself and your surroundings.

Led by our Nature Connection Leads, take part in a mindful nature connection walk, spend time reflecting around the campfire with a cuppa, and restore a sense of calm and well-being with an invitation to join nature connection activities.

Time: 9.30 - 12.00

We believe in nature's restorative and therapeutic power, and we know that giving people regular and meaningful access to wild and natural spaces has a positive and long-lasting impact on their emotional, social, and physical well-being. We don't mind getting muddy, wet, or tired; we want everyone to experience the thrill and adventure of exploring nature!
