Testimonials
For the first time in my content career, I experienced a framework and practices that can scale and will empower me to design user-centered content end to end.
It opened not just new doors or rooms but entire wings of new content design thinking for me. Also, it provided a framework, processes, and practices I can draw upon to work more creatively and collaboratively and manage more effectively not just across disciplines but also across functions. Most importantly, it immersed me in the discipline of user-centered content design.
Great course with experts who know about content design. They'll be able to guide you through tying your content to your user needs. You'll also be given tips on how to advocate for content design within your organisation. Brilliant course!
It provides a clear way to cut through all the 'bits' content entails to form a cohesive roadmap to follow when you get lost.
Don't hesitate to sign up. This course delved into the nitty gritty of strategy and alignment while also sharing practical templates and methods to bolster a content design practice. I feel so lucky to have been able to attend and to have learned from this group.
