The course is designed for Consultant and Registrar Neurophysiologists, Clinical Physiologists, Neurologists and Intensivists.

The faculty consists of national and international speakers who will share their expertise in invasive studies and long term monitoring in the pre surgical and the critically ill patient.

On completion of the course, delegates will have an understanding of classification and localisation of seizures and epilepsies, the use of long term monitoring in a pre surgical patient and an appreciation of advanced diagnostic investigations including intracranial recordings in the pre-surgical workup for Epilepsy including stereotactic EEG. Delegates will gain greater understanding of the importance of continuous EEG monitoring and the use of long term monitoring in the critically ill patient with extensive detail in the value of quantitative EEG monitoring in this patient population.

Part of the conference will include an interactive session, please bring along a laptop or tablet if you are able to.
